## Description

继续拆分文件系统相关 POSIX/Linux ABI 代码，将前置 PR 未覆盖的 fd/io/eventfd/timerfd/signalfd/pidfd 等 syscall 实现迁移到 `posix/fs`。

该 PR 基于 `move fs to posix`，目标是补齐 fs ABI 的拆分范围，使文件系统相关 syscall 语义集中在 `posix/fs` 中维护。

## Implementation

- 迁移 fd 操作相关 syscall，包括 close、dup、fcntl、flock、close_range
- 迁移文件 IO 相关 syscall，包括 read/write、pread/pwrite、readv/writev、sendfile、splice、fsync、fallocate 等
- 迁移 fd 类型相关 syscall，包括 pipe、eventfd、timerfd、signalfd、pidfd
- 保持底层文件对象、VFS、kfs 实现不变，仅调整 ABI 层代码归属
