新版spdlog支持静态函数直接输出，避免新建对象。
终于找到一个可以正常在VS2019上编译成功的notepad3版本了！
增加了我自己想要的功能——自动粘贴，启动记事本时自动粘贴剪贴板的内容，如果打开已经有内容的文件则不自动粘贴。
另外，还支持了把自动粘贴的选项设置到配置文件，还支持配置是否在自动粘贴的时候添加新的一行，还支持配置是否在退出的时候确认
